This Quality Bureau Desk Stands upon Elegant Shaped Legs With Ormolu Mounts.

The Bureau Plat Features 3 Oak Lined Drawers with Decorative Ormolu Handles and Escutcheon.

The desk is an antique French Louis XV-style bureau plat writing desk, likely from the 19th century. It is crafted from kingwood veneer with intricate geometric parquetry detailing and adorned with ornate gilt-bronze (ormolu) mounts.

The elegant curves, cabriole legs, and rococo decorative mounts are hallmarks of the Louis XV style.
